Terms & Conditions
MINIMUM ORDER :
We accept order for minimum 15 pcs of any of the listed items else total payable amount must reach at US$ 500.00. You have an option to purchase different products to make your payable amount US$ 500.00.These terms can be negotiated later in case of regular business relations.
ORDER CONFIRMATION :
On receipt of any order we always inform within 48hrs that what we have in ready stock & what we have to produce. We also give an approximate time we need to prepare your order. On receipt of this information you have to send your acceptance for the delivery time. On receipt of your confirmation for delivery time, we treat order as confirm order.
TERMS & CONDITIONS :
For placing an order you need to send us 25% advance payments in our bank account through telegraphic transfer. After receiving the funds we will start producing your goods and as soon as the ordered goods are ready, we will send you a Pro-Forma Invoice. When you get the pro-forma invoice you have to pay the remaining amount by TT to our bank after receiving 100% amount from you, we will send the shipment by UPS or whatever way of shipping convenient for you to the desired address. These terms can be negotiated later in case of regular business relations.
If you are ready to send us 50% advance payments in our bank account through telegraphic transfer, You will have an option to pay remaining money through Letter of Credit.

SHIPPING :
We can ship thru UPS, Fedex, EMS, Speed Post, Airmail Post Parcel, Air Freight, Sea Freight Etc. as per your instructions.
If the quantity is more, then we can use air freight which is cheaper for bigger shipments.
We can also use airmail post which is about half the price then UPS, but it takes a long time to reach.
For very big quantities we can use sea freight too which is very cheap.
In any case on confirmation of any order you can ask us freight charges with different modes & you can decide which one is suitable for you.
